Pie in a glass! Get through the end of winter with this warming treat.

1/2 cup raw pecans
1 cup vegan milk of choice
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. If your blender isn't very powerful, grind the pecans in a food processor first, or soak them in water for an hour to soften.
Add more maple syrup to taste. Chill if desired, or serve as is.
