| Instant dessert gratification doesn't get much quicker than this! |
| Makes 2 cups Sweetness 1.5/3 Difficulty 1/3 1 cup raisins 1 cup organic dark chocolate chips Place a piece of parchment paper on a plate. In a saucepan over medium low heat, add the chocolate chips and stir constantly with a rubber spatula to avoid burning. Make sure water does not come in contact with the pan or chocolate. If the chocolate turns too clumpy, turn down the heat, and add a spoonful of oil at a time to liquify it. When the chocolate is completely melted, add all of the raisins to the pot and stir around to coat. Use a fork to scoop them out and place them on the parchment paper in small clusters. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden. Remove and break them into smaller clusters if wanted. Store in the fridge. |
